Who we are
We are a small London hospitality staffing team. Both of the founders came out of London hotels and restaurants and know what a bad agency booking costs a general manager the next morning. That is the entire reason this business exists.
We supply vetted front of house, kitchen and event staff to venues across London. Same day when it has to be, planned when it can be, honest either way about what we can and cannot cover.
How we started
Albion started on a catering floor. Aziz and Abdu met working shifts at Eat Me catering, and kept running into the same problem from the other side of it: agencies sending people who had never carried three plates, never polished a glass, never worked a real service. So they built the agency they wished had turned up. Every person Albion sends has done the job before.
What "from the industry, for the industry" actually means
It is easy to say. Here is what it means in practice.
We do the interview ourselves. Not a form, not a phone screen, not a sub-contractor. If someone is on our books, one of us has sat with them.
We speak to venue managers the way we would want to be spoken to. No sales sequence, no rota of account managers, no ticket. When you ring, you speak to one of the two people who make the calls.
We drop the ones who do not turn up. Twice, quietly and without argument. That is the only reason our clients stop shopping around.

Right to work. Every worker on our books has had their passport or share code verified in person, in the office, filed. We do not send anyone we have not checked.
