The people being served are the people who renew your contract.

Corporate hospitality is different from restaurant hospitality in one specific way. The person on the receiving end of the service is not paying for it directly, and they are not going to complain to your face if it is bad. They are going to notice, quietly, and remember it the next time the contract goes to tender.

That is why generic agency staff do not work in a corporate setting. Someone who is fine on a busy Friday in a restaurant is not automatically fine in a partner's boardroom lunch. Different pace, different manners, different sort of quiet.

We match people to the room. Waiters who present themselves well, who anticipate rather than react, and who know when to stay out of the conversation.

How we staff a corporate contract

Three things, and one of them is not on the restaurant side of what we do.

We interview for calm, not just capability. Everyone we take on can do the job. Not everyone we take on is suited to a boardroom or an executive floor. We know the difference and we pick accordingly.

We send the same team back. Corporate is a longer game than restaurant work. Your reception team, your office cafe team, the people running the hospitality suites during results week. Once they know the building and the client, they should stay on it.

We are early. Someone late for a Wednesday lunch service is not a disaster. Someone late for an eight-thirty board breakfast is a story people remember. Every booking is briefed with a target arrival time that gives us room.

The roles we cover

Reception and front of building. Corporate receptionists, meeting-room hosts, day porters.

Hospitality suites and executive floors. Silver service and plate waiters, baristas, hospitality captains.

Staff canteens. Chefs, kitchen porters, counter staff, wash-up.

Events on site. Board lunches, results-day breakfasts, client receptions, staff parties.

If a role is not on that list, ring us and ask. The answer is usually yes.

How fast is four hours, honestly

For a same-day rescue on a small booking, four hours is usually possible in the City, Canary Wharf and central London if you ring us before midday. For a recurring contract or a hospitality suite, notice matters. A week gives us the person you will want to book again.

We will tell you honestly on the phone what is realistic. If we cannot cover it, you will hear that straight away.

Common questions

Things managers ask us before the first call.

Do you cover recurring contracts as well as one-off events?
Yes. Recurring contracts and one-off events. Tell us the pattern on the call and we will say what we can cover.
Can you send the same faces back?
Yes. That is the point. A rotating cast in a corporate setting is what makes generic agency staff obvious to the people being served.
Do your staff have security clearance for restricted buildings?
Everyone we send has right to work checked in person before they are on the books. Building-side clearance varies by site. Tell us what your building requires and we will say what we can supply.

Tell us what you need covered

Two minutes on the form, or one call.

We come back to you the same day, and if we cannot help we will say so.
