About the role
Run a busy central London coffee counter. Espresso, milk, speed and a calm face when the queue builds.
What you will do
- Open and close the bar to house standards
- Pull consistent espresso and steam milk properly, every drink
- Keep the bar clean and stocked through the rush
- Work with floor and kitchen when service overlaps
What we are looking for
- Proven barista experience in a busy London cafe or restaurant
- Comfortable with a long queue and short tickets
- Reliable, on time, and clear with the team
What is on offer
- Salary £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
- Permanent full-time role
