About the role
Lead the floor at a busy Mayfair restaurant. You will run service, coach the team, and keep standards tight when the book is full.
What you will do
- Run lunch and dinner service with a calm floor
- Brief and coach waiting staff before service
- Own rotas, holidays and daily briefings
- Escalate issues early so the kitchen and door stay aligned
What we are looking for
- Proven restaurant management in London fine dining or similar
- Comfortable with a full book and short notice cover
- Clear communication with kitchen, door and owners
What is on offer
- Salary £42,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
- Permanent full-time role
